Close-up photos of these areas and other imperfections can be provided and some are in the gallery below.Under current ownership the braking system was refurbished with newfront calipers, rotors, and pads, rear drums and shoes, as well as hoses, wheel cylinders, hardware, and lines. A rebuilt brake master cylinder also was installed. Factory 13″ Rostyle wheels are mounted with Barum Brillantis 2 tires measuring 175/70 and manufactured in 2017. A matching spare is shown in the trunk, where rust at the passenger side of the trunk floor has been treated with Eastwood rust encapsulator, as shown in the gallery. The black interior was refreshed with new seat covers, re-dyed vinyl pieces, and carpeting. The 5-digit odometer shows just over 40k miles, of which approximately 20 have been added since completion of the recent work. The seller notes that the fuel gauge is not reliable, although the fuel tank and sending unit have been replaced.A 1.5-liter inline-four from a Triumph Spitfirereportedly was rebuilt by a specialist in Oregon after the block was sourced by a previous owner. Modifications include a Weber downdraft carburetor and a new intake manifold. A new radiator also was installed under current ownership along with fresh hoses and accessory belts. The 4-speed manual transmission received a new clutch and hydraulic components. The carburetor has been jetted to 1500 specs and tuned to sea level. The seller notes that first gear has a minor gear train rattle upon engagement.
