1973 Mercury Comet
im selling my 1973 Mercury comet, 2dr coupe, it is a 6cyl with 59k Miles .( car was wet in pic, also i can only post 12 pics sorry ) This car was idol for years . It had body work and a repaint years ago. Still shines nice but body work is bubbling on bottom of quarter, fenders, and door, car is a great 20ft nothing more. It was original like a burnt orange color but is now blue. Engine is a 6cyl with 59k original miles . Engine runs ok but hasn’t been on the road for year, I drained old gas, did tune up and brakes . Tires are good, alignment was done. Runs ok but not great yet. Exhaust is a cherry bomb exhaust but it rattles and vibrates whole car .Interior is excellent except both door arm rests are broken. Otherwise no other defects inside. The under carriage floors and trunk are all soli, but the front frame rails had rus, there is a plate on drivers side and passengers was patched but will problably need more work. Passed inspection . This is a driver with some work or a restoriation project . Not selling it as anything more. These are getting very hard to find and it is all together with low mileage . Buyer is responsible for shipping or picking it up. I would definitely have it flat bedded as I haven’t driven it very far so can’t guarantee anything . Full payment within 3 days no exceptions and 500. Deposit within 24 hours . If deposit is t left I will repost.
