This fabulously restored Mercury has been in the same ownership hands for over 20 years. It was restored off the frame some time in the 1990's. This car is being sold due to the declining health of the elderly owner and has been lovingly brought back to full running condition by the professional staff here at Black Horse Garage.
Black Horse attended to everything on the car including fuel system, cooling system (with a rebuild of both water pumps), brakes, tune-up, alignment and end-to-end detail.
This car features the venerable Mercury flathead V8 coupled with a 3-speed column shifted manual transmission. It has deluxe wheel covers, front and rear bumper guards, factory heat, defroster and AM radio. Front seat belts have been added for additional safety.
