Up for auction is a very nice 1948 Mercury Convertible. Vehicle is basically in original condition. Vehicle is believed to have 65,308 miles but it cant be verified.

Vehicle has most of its original paint. Paint is in decent overall condition. The body is straight and solid. Moldings and chrome are in very good original condition. The top is in excellent condition. It is a manual top not power. The undercarriage is in very good overall original condition.

Vehicle has a 1951 ford flathead motor in it. I was told it is a rebuilt motor but I have no proof of that. Vehicle runs and drives flawlessly. It has plenty of power and sounds great with the dual exhaust. Vehicle can be any distance with confidence. Vehicle has a new carburetor, plugs, points, battery, starter, fuel tank flushed, new fuel sending unit, cooling system flushed, shocks, front and rear wheel cylinders.
