1967 Mercury Comet

Take note that the last picture is of a finished Cyclone that was at Spring Carlisle and was priced a $35,500.00 I bought this car with the intentions of finishing it but things turned up and I cant get to it at this time. Not pressed to sell it but it would be better off with some one who can dedicate a little time to it now. There where only 6101 Cyclones built in 67 and only around 2000 convertibles. This was due to the first year release of the of the 67 Cougar. So they have come to be kind of rare. Who only knows how many are left?? Car was 289 4 speed vehicle and now sports a 1968 Fairlane 390 with milled cam and big block transmission, 9inch ford rear. Very nice set of early Keystone classic wheels com with it.. Every thing in the front end has been newly replaced including the front springs Rear end has been rebuilt including new axel bearings and seals. also new rear springs. Car also has 4 wheel disk brakes Under side of car pans and rails are in excellent condition . It does have sub frame and body connectors installed. Lower left front fender needs attention as well as some on the quarter panels. I was going to put new quarters on it as they are available and this car does deserve them. Just a matter of choice. The vehicle comes with every thing to complete except paint. Car comes with new tinted windshield, New exhaust, carpet, head liner, 2 sets of bucket seat covers either red or beige rear covers, new front seat foams, same deal. New bumper, new wire harnesses, new package tray board, new emblems new dash, new dash pad, new battery, A very nice council and way too much to remember at this time Also comes with used parts from 3 different vehicles. boxes upon boxes. An exceptional amount of money just in parts. Car does run and drive. Can text more pics if needed. Cell # 570-504-6566 I am open to a realistic offer .Don't abuse it !! The car doesn't eat anything sitting in the garage . Thanks for considering and you have a great day.
