1951 Mercury Four Door SedanThis is one of the best Mercury sedans around that continues to benefit from a meticulous body off rotisserie restoration performed by Ron Cary's shop in Calgary Canada with virtually no expenses spared in the restoration of this car. It's highlighted by a high end black paint job with all the chrome stainless and accessories in excellent condition. Unique features of this mercury are the dash that were inspired by aircraft cockpits and one of the last cars to use the suicide doors in the rear. The interior is trimmed in proper striped wool broadcloth upholstery. It has a period correct sun visor. The flat head V8 and 3 speed w/od manual transmission are all correct for this sedan and detailed just like the rest of this classic. It runs and drives like new or better than new. Comes with picture book of restoration Mercury chassis catalog and original emblems/hubcaps.
