1947 Mercury One ton Truck

Super rare One Ton long bed Pick up. factory built as a pick up and not a flat bed. Less than ten know left in existence. Truck is in excellent unrestored condition. Sat inside a barn in Canada for over 45 years. Very little rust considering the age. Has surface rust from sitting outside currently. Truck is very complete and unmolested. Factory V8. Also has parts from a donor Mercury truck with a nice seat, good grill and nice instrument cluster. This truck is valuable enough to restore and every part you need is here. Would also make a great and unusual street rod or Rat Rod. Has a good vin plate with clear Canadian paperwork. Auction is for both trucks as pictured. As you can tell from the pictures, the truck belonged to a logging company executive and was never worked hard. The bed rails are in VERY good condition and are straight.
