Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1970 Cougar Convertible which is in beautiful fully restored condition inside and out. This Cougar is drop dead gorgeous and has a sinister "Eliminator" look to it. This Cougar features a terrific repaint which shows very well, fully restored black vinyl interior, nd a rebuilt 351 Windsor engine. This Cougar is very solid with great lines and gaps and has no visible rust on body or frame. This Cougar is finished in a beautiful shade of charcoal metallic paint with black graphics over black vinyl interior. We drove this car over an hour to our shop in Cincinnati and it drove and performed very well. This show condition Cougar gets a ton of attention driving around town with the top up or down.
Exterior
The exterior is in fabulous condition. This Cougar was treated to a professional repaint approximately 1 year ago with all new "Eliminator" decals and "Eliminator" hood with added rear and front spoilers. The paint is in excellent condition with no signs of visible rust and both bumpers are in great shape shape with no pitting or scratched chrome. The black convertible top is like new with no issues and goes up and down as it should. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, ut noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. The Yokohama tires are like new and have excellent tread left, hey are sized 245/50/17 in rear and 225/50/17 in front. The 17" Torque Thrust style wheels are in like new shape with no curb rash and look wonderful on the car. Trunk is very solid and clean with a new trunk mat.
Interior
The Black vinyl interior of this Cougar is in fully restored condition. The seat covers are like new in every way with no noticeable wear. The carpet is also new with no stains, ips, r holes. The dash is in excellent condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo has been upgraded to a modern digital am/fm old school style two prong stereo with mp3 hook ups, ith new door speakers, nd thankfully the dash has not been cut for a modern cd player. The door panels are like new and in excellent condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. All interior/exterior lights and gauges work as they should. The horn is currently not working and the heater core has been bypassed but the fan motor does work as do the wipers and stereo. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.
Mechanical
This Cougar is in great mechanical condition and runs strong. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, nd the car handles and performs well. This Cougar is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, dles well, nd runs excellent. The brakes do not pull and stop very well as they were recently serviced. The exhaust has been upgraded to dual Flowmaster mufflers with headers. As with most cars with older headers there is an exhaust leak which is noticeable in the video. This car has a Ford 9" and runs and pulls strong. This car is a blast to drive with the top down and stereo up. Also, he engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This Cougar has been treated to an attractive engine dress up kit with newer Cougar valve covers and Cougar air cleaner.

The Vehicle is being sold by a Licensed State of Ohio Dealer (Cincy Classic Cars, LC). You will need to check with your local government for any special rules regarding these older vehicles passing any inspections. We will not be held liable for any vehicle not passing inspection.The vehicle is offered with a right to a personal inspection by any bidder or agent. If you are the buyer and unable to inspect said vehicle immediately, ou or an agent will have seven (7) days to inspect said vehicle after the close of auction. We welcome a physical inspection to avoid any misunderstandings or representations. All disputes arising out of or resulting from this sale shall be finally determined by binding arbitration in Cincinnati/Milford, hio in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be carried out by one or more arbitrators in accordance with said rules. Any award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as judgments. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Ohio law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Ohio to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator.
All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, hether through EBay or otherwise. Payment TermsPayment must be made by Cashiers Check, oney Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A deposit in the amount of $950.00 must be received within Twenty-Four (24) hours of the auction close typically by PayPal ( PayPal for deposit only NOT for full payment). Purchaser cannot make any claims of ownership to said vehicle without payment in full. The buyer has seven (7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If an inspection or decision takes longer than seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, our deposit will be forfeitedand the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within seven (7) days of the auctions close. Documentation Fee: There will be a $150.00 domestic and $250.00 international fee added to each car sold. This includes title transfer, nventory tax, olding costs, ehicle preparation, torage and priority documentation delivery.
We will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left our property. We are just being realistic; most of the cars we deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and your expectation should not be of a perfect, ew car. Once full payment has been received, eller will mail a copy of clear title, ill of Sale, uyers Guide and additional BMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via mail. The fully-executed forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle.

Please note that we are not a transport company and only offer this service as a convenience to our customers. You are more than welcome to arrange your own shipping. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received.
