Classic "89 convertible, low mileage and xlnt condition

1989 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Black and Chrome

This classic '89 convertible was the last version and lowest production number of the '86 to "89 series. ( appr. 5,400 ). It's a low mileage (42k orig.), and has a desirable color combination of Astral Silver and Dove Gray interior. Body is straight, leather is xlnt, soft top like new and has the rare chrome kit.Tires are good and it has no known serious mechanical issues. Radiator recently replaced. This was the last year Mercedes were hand assembled, a really sturdy well built car, powerful and fun to drive, with many years of service and increasing value. I bought it as a minor restoration project and health reasons are forcing me to sell. Original Becker radio ( non-working ), a burl walnut shift knob, this a great minor restoration project waiting for the right person to take it all the way to completion.
