1969 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class
This 280 SL finished in Light Ivory is likely the best, ost original 280SL remaining in the world: Being a two owner car (the original owner being my best friend) there is no doubt as to its originality from 1969. Brown original MB-Tex interior is excellent and matching convertible top. This US version is fitted with all available options, ncluding both hard top and soft top, actory air conditioning, ower steering, ower brakes, ecker AM/FM radio, s well as its original books, ools and service records. She has never been crashed, as been garaged her whole life and being from Nevada rust has never had a chance to start. All numbers are matching: engine, ransmission, aint, nterior, ody number etc. She even has original, ocumented numbers where no one typically looks (behind the door panels, love box, eat backrest panels, nd headlight assemblies, tc). This all proves her originality beyond a shadow of a doubt. She has all of the correct features that knowledgeable Pagoda connoisseurs have come to demand such as headlight notches and factory spot welds on the front inner fenders (and everywhere else they should be). Rare, irginal never been repainted trunk floor, riginal soft top, tems that cannot be faked. Driven a total of just 69,419 miles from new and drives exactly the way the engineers at Daimler Benz intended. She is “Turn-Key” ready.
