1982 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series SD Turbo

Up for auction is this "as new" Mercedes 300SD Turbo Diesel. I am listing it for a friend of mine, r. A. Abdala, rom Niles Illinois. He is not familiar with eBay so he asked me to list the vehicle for him. Now.., am not a Mercedes guy, o I apologize if some of the info is not as clear as it should be for the bidders to act upon... I can say that this car really looks magnificent. Look at the photos... and I have more, nly that eBay restricts to 12, f you want to see all the pix, end me a note with your email address and I will gladly send them to you. The car is in Niles, L, an be shown upon request... and you may call Dr. A if you have questions. I took these pix a few days ago and as you can see, ome of the details are there... mileage, nterior of trunk showing how clean it is, he tool pouch and tools that came with the car, he original interior mats, he extreme clean leather upholstery... etc. Also... one pix shows a close up of the passenger side door panels... there is a very small area that depicts a rub-in in the ORIGINAL paint!. Dr A. told me that happened not too long ago, hile the car wa being backed out of the garage (where it has been kept all its life) and it got too close to some bushes... (I think this small area can be restored just by polishing a little). I also noticed that the battery is almost new, s well as the tires... this car has been driven, ut 49K miles since 1982... makes no dent in the conditions at all... Mercedes Benz cars can go WAY over this mileage... so, t 49K... this is almost a new car... Just FYI... Dr. A has another Mercedes, 2 door very sporty model... just a few years old... that is the one he is driving now and that is the reason he wants to sell the 300SD.
