1979 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class 2-door convertible

CONDITION: This car is in beautiful condition all around. The body is in near pristine condition. The only two tiny spots with rust are pictured above. Interior is in good condition with two sun cracks on the dash. Leather interior is in good condition as well. Carpets are nice and clean.The hard top is removable, and there is a dark navy blue soft top that is in good working condition, looks like new. Vehicle recently went to a classic Mercedes mechanic who gave the whole car a once over, replaced rear sway arm, aligned the front end, put in new battery, oil change, and other simple tune-up maintenance. Overall this car is in wonderful condition. It is an older car so it has its quirks. It always starts, but it might wait until the second turn of the key from time to time. It still has some "oomph" but it probably will not be winning any races. That being said, I have never driven a car that turns so many heads. Be prepared for people constantly asking questions and offering compliments about this vehicle. It is a reliable, fun to drive car.
