This is an amazing luxury sedanfor its time of manufacture. A soon to be classic and the first and best year in design for theW140 body style. I have all of the original owner manuals, remotes that work and a bunch of repair history documentaion. My car was well-maintained, but needs to have thetransmission rebuilt.1st & 2nd gear works, but 3-4th is intermittent and no reverse gear working. It wasperfectly maintained by a mechanic (me), until my transmission went bad, so now I am selling it, or possibly parting it out. I have always used premium 93 octane gas. All of theseparts had been previously replaced on the engine: pressure relief valve, oil pump, valve cover gaskets, rear seal, camshaft seals, upper timing chain rails, valve cover hoses and oil separator, thermostat, oil cap, water pump, power steering fluid reservoir hose, engine wiring harness, distributor caps and custom high-performance ignition wires. This engine does not burn oil. The only area that I know of that should be addressed on the engine is oil leaking from the low-oil-level sensor, which is very common with these engines. I will give you the o-ring for it. You must remove the oil plan to replace it, which is why I had put it off, since minimal oil leaks from there. I have put a lot of time in the engine, soshe should not let you down.

Considering it's age, interior & exterior are in good condition. No accident ever with car, no dings, dents on exterior. The right passenger door has some minor clear-coat peeling above the door handle. To get the car backingood order, the car needs: transmission rebuild, a/c compressor clutch or possibly whole compressor, battery, engine cooling fan clutch, FM antenna motor, odometer motor, ignition switch (intermittent crank position, so I installed a push-to-crank switch under the dash) right side sunroof bracket, electric rear windows are tempermental, front vanity mirror, headlight wipers work intermittently, center armrest needs to be reupholstered because has cracks in leather, audio system amplifier, seatbelt retractor code present with warning light on dash. Car sold "AS IS."

Items previously replaced: The front pads & front tires & ignition wiresall replacedmost recently.Headlightswitch, used radio preamp, ventilation blower motor regulator, replaced vacuum motorin door lock module, used ventilation system control module, alternator, used ventilation system coolant recirculating pump & valve body, O2 sensor, serpentine main belt, tire alignment, spark plugs, front shocks, steering damper shock, main belt tensioner, distributor caps, both front lower control arm bushings, both sides inner & outer tie rods, center drag link, intermediate roller arm bolt & bushings, wiper relay, radiator, upper & lower radiator hoses, coolant reservoir tank, rear brake pads and both rear suspension accumulator air cells.
