Chapman alarm system working, has non-damaged keypad/fob, also.Nice michelins all around, no cracks in sidewalls, deep tread.New muffler (see picture).Glow plugs operate nicely, car fires up strong in minimum time.Power seats work. All windows work. ALL OF THEM.Turn signals work properly.Side mirrors work marginally, sometimes you have to help them get in a specific spot.Blower motor is strong with no extemporaneous noises (for climate control) Air blows where it is supposed to (vent-wise).A/C compressor belts are on and harness connected, but I have NOT checked the air. I have checked the heat and it is FINE.Safety tinting on all windows = people can't look in easily but not so dark as to garner police attention.
This car runs out very well. Driven daily. Cruised through the recent 4-5 inch snow here with no problems, from startup, to shifting to handling. Mechanic's Inspection says car has evidence of timing chain replacement, as well as water pump and alternator, before I acquired it.
My listing has been up a few times. There have been some "not so good" exchanges between me and prospective buyers, one of which after trying to take advantage, left me horrible feedback along with threats. So.......
I am just trying to sell my car so I can get a minivan. My word is all I got. I'll list it 5 trillion times before I let someone walk over me or talk to me disrespectfully, or comment to me like I am a rube, because I don't have a lot of feedback. I'm a Disabled Marine Corps Veteran, (No violins please, just for informational purposes) Baby Boomer (late 50's) and not prone to a lot of nonsense. I defend my space valiantly. But here's the deal....
I have a very good running Mercedes-Benz 350SDL, worth more than DOUBLE what I am asking and YOU KNOW IT! Can't this time (listing) just be simple; a person reads the listing, maybe asks a legit question or two, hits the BUY IT NOW or bids, makes the requisite payments, receives the car and is so overjoyed I was telling the EXACT TRUTH...that they leave me glowing feedback...
Is that too much to ask for?
I can't help with shipping, and I don't give out my number to discuss things until AFTER a sale has been made. Then I am at your beck and call. AFTER.
