For sale is a 1991 W126 chassis Mercedes-Benz 560SEL. The Mercedes flagship of its day and still a ridiculously plush way to travel. What a dream on the highway.
The paint is very nice, the colour is Bornite (only sold for two model years) and it is magnificent both in pictures and in person - very striking.
The 'Brazil brown' leather interior has held up extremely nicely. Despite some usual wear on the driver's left bolster it shows very well.
Everything works! The seat memory, lights, wipers (including headlight wipers), windows (except the right rear), sunroof, cruise, reclining rear seats, seat heaters front and rear, power headrests.
As you can see this car is loaded!
Mechanically this car was well taken care of, the first owner garaged it on Vancouver Island through to 2015. No leaks, transmission shifts as it should, hydraulic suspension works as it should, and the engine is still silky. AC converted to 134a at Mercedes in Victoria.
