Barn Find, Abandoned by Prior Owner, No Title, Restoration Project

1970 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series 280SEL

I purchased a home in Las Vegas with this vehicle left in the garage. The prior owner was an elderly man. He was to old to take it with him so he abandoned it along other property in his house.It was kept under a blue tarp for what appears to be many many years.The vehicle does not run and I have not made any attempt to start it.
The odometer reads 12675 but I cannot guarantee the accuracy.
This would be a restoration project for someone who has the means to do it.
