1983 Mazda RX-7 GSL

1983 MAZDA RX7 GSL,74K ACTUAL MILES,AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION,LEATHER,VERY CLEAN!!! Up for sale is a 1983 Mazda RX-7 GSL. It has 74,000 actual miles on it and has been stored away in a private car collection since 1997. It has a white exterior and is complimented with a Maroon leather interior. It is a 3 owner car from new. The first owner sold it in 1988, he second owner purchased the car with 30k miles and kept it until 1997 where it had 73,000 miles(we have all the service records from the second owner) and then was traded into a Mazda dealership on a new car and the owner of the Mazda dealer parked the car in his private collection at his mansion in Long Island, Y. It sat there and has been driven under 1,000 miles in the last 18 years. I purchased the entire car collection in early 2015 and including several Ferrari's, ercedes, lfa Romeo's and 2 Mazda RX-7's.
This was the only car in the whole collection that started up with just a new battery and some fresh gas. Being a RX-7 enthusiast myself, shipped the car back to Arizona with the rest of the car collection and kept this to enjoy for a bit and made sure it is ready for the next owner to enjoy. The best way to describe this car is that it is an original, clean, nmolested, ow mileage RX-7 that has been stored away in a climate controlled garage in 1997 and is in the exact same condition now as it was when it was parked. It is an original white car that has been repainted Pearl White sometime in the 1990's and it looks great on the car. There does not appear to be any rust on the car which is pretty rare. It is accident free and has a clean and clear carfax.
The paint and body look great from every angle and the Pearl paint looks awesome in the sunlight. The interior is also in very nice shape and the leather is still soft and supple. The color on the leather steering wheel is a bit faded. Everything works on the car including the air conditioning and blows ice cold. The only minor items to mention are the center console lid retainer is broken and the rear defroster connector fell off the rear window glass.
Mechanically we just sent it out to a Mazda RX7 specialist and they replaced the starter motor, park plugs, gnition wires, ap, otor and the choke cable. It fires right up and runs great. There is a very slight hesitation when you start moving from a stop and the mechanic said a full rebuild of the carburetor would solve it and he would need to source out the parts to do it, owever I did not want to wait for him to get it done and it does affect the overall derivability much as it really runs and drives down the road great.
