The original leather interior is in near perfect condition and shows how well this vehicle has been taken care of.
We will try to describe and go over most of the car, please read and view all of the 85 pictures listed below.

Bid with confidence!

Body & Paint: The factory paint color is called "Havana Brown Metallic." (Code T5) It is mostly still all original and in great condition. It has a great shine and in not checking or fading. The passenger door does have a few minor dings that could be removed by one of those paintless dent repair companies very easily if someone wants. The car is very solid with no signs of rust or weak areas. (See lower rocker panel, bottom of inner door, and lower fender photos.) We suspect this vehicle was originally rust proofed because of the small black plastic plugs we saw in the door jams and lower door sections. The original black trim/emblems on the vehicle are also in nice condition and look great. The original tan colored pinstripes that goes very well with the interior color is in great condition. Four Mazda mud flap where installed when the car was new. They help with keeping the stone chips and nicks to a minimum.
Interior: This original GSL tan leather interior is in excellent condition. (The "GSL" model was their top of the line model.) The seats show very little to no wear along with the rest of the interior. The carpet/mats are in excellent condition as shoes have never been allowed to be worn inside this vehicle by past owners. (Yes, this is a true story.) Original carpets include heel and toe pads to keep everything neat. Dual storage compartments are behind the seats. The dash pad, door panels, and center console is free of any cracks, marks, or scratches. The dash retains its original am/fm/cassette stereo with factory installed equalizer. This car is loaded with options including, leather seats, air conditioning, power windows, 5 speed manual transmission, cruise control, and a sunroof which has both a glass and body colored insert panels. Everything is working as it should with the only exception being the air conditioning. The owner has a newly rebuilt A/C compressor but hasn't had time to have it installed. (The new compressor will go along with the vehicle.) The second removable sunroof panel, (Body colored) is kept in its original black storage bag in the rear section.
Engine Compartment: Under the hood sits the original Mazda 1.1 litre rotary engine. Mazda perfected these rotary engines. This Wankel motor was freshly tuned along with the carburetor being rebuilt. The engine compartment is completely stock looking and very original. It wasn't been cleaned or doctored up. It has been maintained very well with a newer battery, alternator, radiator, and new clutch assembly including new clutch master cylinder with less than 100 miles since installation. It starts, runs, and drive very well. Bolted to this power plant is a 5-speed manual transmission which shifts nice and easy. There are no known problems with the engine, transmission, and rear end.
Glass: All of the factory tinted glass pieces are in great shape with no scratches or cracks. The power windows are working great with no problems. The rear hatchback window has a factory defogger and rear wiper that are also working correctly.
Wheels & Tires: The original factory "Mazda" 13" x 5.5" aluminum alloy 4 spoke wheels are in nice shape. There are some areas where the clear coat is starting to peel off. Mounted on these wheels are B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A white letter tires. All four tires are in great shape with plenty of tread. The car drives straight and true without any vibrations or pulling. The vehicle comes with the original spare tire and jacking tools. The owner also still has the original tires and will go along with the car if the new owner wants them.
Undercarriage: The underside is clean and very solid. There is some surface rust on a few items. The original owner had the vehicle stored in a climate controlled garage.
The "GSL" model came with four wheel disc brakes. The exhaust system is solid with no holes.
Nine times out of ten, people selling a car would not talk about or take any photos of the underside. The undercarriage tells you a lot about the car, that is why there are several pictures of the bottom in the photo gallery. Please view them all and see why this vehicle is better then most.
What goes along with the vehicle Here is what goes along with this RX-7.: Two different car covers, front end protective bra, Mazda repair manual, the original owner's manual, the four originaltires, and a newly rebuilt air conditioning compressor. The second sunroof panel, (solid body colored) is in the rear compartment. The vehicle has a working "Viper" alarm system with remote.

we will contact the highest bidder FIRST to see if we can negotiate a price.

We require you to put in writing via email or fax the material misrepresentations in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Taking a few photos of the misrepresented area for us to see, will help point out and confirm your concerns. "Changed my Mind" is not a valid excuse for your deposit to be refunded. 6) Bidding on this auction demonstrates your acceptance to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Cars Online, LLC. from any liability resulting from this transaction, including any reasonable attorney fees. 7) PLEASE DO NOT bid unless you have full intentions of purchasing at your bid price.
