Description:

1994 Mazda RX-7

Runs and drives. Current inspection.... It's a project closing in on 'completion' but I don't have the time to take it there.

All the bushings were replaced with new Superpro polyurethane bushings, and all of the pillowballs (6x) have been replaced with new OEM pillowballs.

No A/C

A/C blower/heater components and ducting behind the dash removed, but included. A/C would be possible to setup, but would be starting from ground zero. Wiring ALL of it, buy a compressor/lines, and reinstall the under-dash components.

This car needs some body work and paint and would be a great project for someone wanting to end up with their color of choice FD. I have a new OEM Mazda non-sunroof metal skin... There are dents and dings, peeling clear coat, faded paint...I tried to capture all of it.

Front left corner of sunroof leaks, discovered recently.Has been garaged and the leak taped off for now.

Chassis electrical harness is from scratch, thus not all the OEM buttons/features function

Things that are NOT wired:

  • Sunroof
  • Interior map lights
  • Side view mirrors
  • Any A/C component
  • Radio (OEM speakers+wiring is in the door though)
  • Reverse Lights

I do have the OEM chassis harness in a box.

Chassis wiring is a combination of Leash Electronics fusebox and 70 Amp relays, fusepanel 6 circuit, and 40 amp standard relays with Duestche DT connectors and white/red/black GXL wire. This is all mounted behind the passenger airbag panel.

This engine/trans combo and Speedhut gauges have been in my car that I drive to autocross. It was ~1200 miles on it that have had fluids changed roughly every 200 miles, have hardly driven since being moved to this car.

The odometer is now at 1260 miles... so everything marked as new on the car now has about 60 miles on it.

  • All new Superpro full poly bushings kit on everything + New OEM pillowballs (6x)
