1953 Lincoln Cosmopolitan complete car

1953 Lincoln Other

I bought this from a family a couple of years ago, but they did not give me the title. I have since tried getting it to no avail, so I'm unable to complete any work on it.
Perhaps you have more ability or a donor car you could use these parts on? I am selling the complete car as parts only. I have no keys, I don't know if the engine runs, and the rear left wheel is seized. It gets on and off a tow truck just fine.
It has power windows and power seats, but the car will need restoring. The body is solid all around.
