Very well preserved 1954 capri. Previous owner purchased from the original owner(dad's friend) during his senior year of high school in the 1970s. Drove the car to prom then parked it in the barn. Car had had one repaint to factory colors after a cat scratched hood and deck lid. Bottom cushion of front seat has been reupholstered otherwise all original interior. RARE RED/Black color combo. New water pump, rebuilt fuel pump, cleaned out gas tank. New 6v battery and brand new Coker wide white wall tires ! Car moves down the road just as she should! Her name is Venus! Has won best original class at several local car shows! Much cooler and rarer than your average 57 Chevy. Plus these cars raced across Mexico winning the carerra panAmericana stock car race in 52,53 and 54
