1975 Lincoln Continental Mark IV - Blue Diamond Luxury Group Edition

1975 Lincoln Mark IV - Blue Diamond Luxury GroupThis Blue Diamond model is painted in Aqua Blue Diamond Fire Metallic (code 45), an exclusive color to this model.Topped off with the Landau Vinyl Roof (code LL) in Aqua Blue Normande Grain. This roof style features a heavy chrome band along the front edge of the vinyl that runs along the top of the doors and stops at the windshield pillar.Just below the fender line, a double body side stripe in Aqua (code K) runs from front to rear, matching the vinyl roof color and accenting the elegant lines of the Mark IV.Inside, plush Aqua Blue Velour Cloth & Vinyl (code FK) drapes the seats. And the Light Maple wood trim appliques on the instrument panel, steering wheel, door trim panels, and rear side trim panels provide a nice compliment. The instrument panel housings for the headlight switch, heater/air conditioning controls, warning light grouping, and radio are black instead of the simulated woodgraining found on other Marks. And out back, the luggage compartment is lined with matching Aqua Blue cut-pile carpeting, side panels, and spare tire cover.Priced at $475, the Blue Diamond Luxury Group was the most expensive luxury group to date. Cars with this option are very rare.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This one is in excellent cosmetic condition inside and out. The paint is clean, the chrome is shiny, and the interior is spotless. Every single thing works, from the power seats to the power antenna.Only a few cosmetic imperfections here and there. The worst is a hairline crack in the left tail lamp.Mechanically, this Mark IV is beautiful. It runs great, sounds great, and even smells great. The power is strong, the shifts are smooth, and the car rides like butter. You can't even feel the bumps on the road. It's had only 2 owners since new. The 1st owner only had the car for about 6 months. And the 2nd owner looked after this car for over 42 years until today. Always garage kept and regularly driven.Included are the original books, floor mats, service records, and 2 sets of keys. Here's your chance to own a piece of automotive history from the days when the best luxury cars in the world were made in the USA.Offered at no reserve. For any questions, please call or text Lars: 248-567-2021
