1973 Lincoln Continental TOWNCAR

Hello, I m listing this car for my brother . here is his description: Good day all, I m reluctantly selling another one of my collection due to my brain illness. please excuse any miss spelling due to constant pain in my head. up for auction today is a nice clean very well kept from california 1973 Lincoln continental towncar 4 door black on black. is a true survivor with 44,204 documented original miles .this Lincoln is loaded with every possible factory option.this car was boughten from one of the original owners relatives that had to take the car away from the elderly owner due to alzheimers.the old guy just kept getting lost. the poor old guy begged his family to just let the car stay in his garage, so the family agreed and took away the keys so he couldn t drive anywhere ? the old guy called a lock smith and had keys made and ended up 5 hours from home.car was shipped here in an enclosed trailer. upon receiving the car I seen maintance records in the glove box, so I call the old guy and he explained what the relative told me, and he started crying badly that he missed his Lincoln that he bought brand new .he explained that this was the nicest looking driving car he ever owned.he told me he drove another car around most of the time to keep this nice. I explained that I been searching for one in this color and survivor condition for many years. I assured him it went to an excellent home. he told me loved this car and it has always been well maintained, garage, covered, and never been in an accident. since this car arrived 6 years ago it has been up on one of my storage lifts in the back of my warehouse. recently just taken down drained the gas,and put fresh gas, changed the oil and filter and new battery and the 460 engine fired right up running excellent. ran it up and down and it drives excellent. gave it a good bath and there you see it in the pictures. this Lincoln has 44,204 original miles on it. it is a true unmolested survivor, the only thing not original to the car is the radio and speakers were changed by the original owner to a am/fm cassette, that sounds great. the original am/fm 8 track radio is in the trunk along with all service manuals for the car from ford motor company. the body of this car looks really nice the paint shines like new. the vinal top is decent for being the original. the car does have a few small paint chips and small scratches on the body but hardly noticeable.the interior is super nice. this is probably one of the last Lincolnsurvivors out there. im sure it would be hard to find another one in this original survivor condition. there is NO RESERVE on this auction.
