This is a 1961 Land Rover Defender Series 2. They were produced from 1958-61. It has just undergone a full restoration and is in excellent condition. It's a rare find and a real beauty. The vehicle will be loaded into a private 20 ft shipping container and packaged in a wood crate to prevent any injuries. I chose the most professional shipping service in Indonesia for this classic rover. Paying the 2.5% import tax upon arrival in the US (~$675) and finding/paying a customs agent will be the buyer's responsibility.
About me, I'm originally from Princeton, New Jersey and now living in Bali, Indonesia married to a Balinese woman. I've always loved classic cars and make my living sourcing the best land rovers and land cruisers in Indonesia.
For payment, you can either meet with my dad in Bennington, Vermont and make a cash payment which he will then transfer to me or you can transfer the money yourself to my bank in Indonesia (Bank Central Asia).
