1994 Land Rover Range Rover LWB

Up for auction my daily driving1994 Range Rover Long Wheelbase with coil spring suspension conversion! very hard to get ahold of especially in this condition- All original, unmolested and complete, the only thing that is not from it's original purchase in 94 is the radio, speakers, and maintenance (Spark plugs, wires, tires,filters, ignition coil etc.).The paint is original -has clear coat peeling but otherwise no rust and very few dings, no damage at all on the entire vehicle - even typical door dings from parking lots are otherwise non existent. Considering how old the vehicle is it is in remarkable condition and is rust free since it has been in dryArizona. I do have the factoryrear rock guards for the lights that match the front brush guardwhich does come with this sale (not pictured). Heated Rear/side window glassare all flawless & tinted (tint is aged but still functional), heated windshield has a tiny nick in the glass that is hardly noticeable. Rear 3rd brake light was removed for repair but never completed (parts included in sale). NO DASHWARNING LIGHTS andall lights work, turn signals, horn, clock,high/low beams etc. Air conditioning is COLD andheater is HOT (A/C has a new fanresistor, was recently converted to R134 -keeps me cool in 110 degrees). Interior is in very good condition, all trim and carpet is intact, drivers seat needs refurbishing on one leather panel (see pictures) but all other seats areflawless (has bothfront heated seats)Radio is a very nice upgradedKenwood removable faceUSB type but needs to be fitted into the console since it is loose, new speakers (the speakers are missing covers in the front). Interior carpet is clean with notears orstains that can't be cleaned up. Headliner is intact andhas very minimal sagging, sunroof opensand tilts electronicallyand windows open/close.all dash gauges work 100%. Engineoperates like new, strong pulling 4.2L with new MSD ignition coil, new valve cover gaskets and spark plugsas of a few days ago, also a newer alternator and battery as of last year. No overheating or burning oilwhat so ever! Transmission shifts flawlessly, all other driveline componentsare 100%. There is an occasionalengine oil leak from what I believe is the oil pangasket, otherwise no other leaks noted. This Rover ismechanically soundand needs onlyaesthetic touch- paint mainly.Rear cargo is in great condition, has a cargo cover, spare wheel/tire etc andrear upper hatch has new lift shocks as well. There will be a large bin withextra goodies - NEW in box transmission filter, extra valve cover gaskets (I got two sets), extra lug nuts, clamps,hoses, air conditioning refill canisters and more.I have the original owners manualanda tonof receipts to prove work performed over the years (when she needed something she got it). There was a recall on the gas tank back in the day - had it taken care of so it does have a new tankinstalled by Land Rover. I have original keys and working original key fob (a very rare find), all doors lock/unlock with key and key fob andeven has a working factory alarm system!Brakes are ABS and are in working condition, power steering is strong with no leaks, and all fluidreservoirs are 100%. I will be updatingthis listing as I come across other findings as I'm surethere are somebits of information I am forgetting, this isa beautiful representation of a head turningClassic Rover.
