This is a capable Jeep, to say the least. It rides on a 4" lift kit & 35" x 14.5" x 15" inch tires all around. See the extensive spec sheet above. This one is a Monster. It is powered by a built AMX 390 V8 paired with a 4-speed T18 manual transmission with Centerforce clutch.
The dash features the stock gauge cluster along with an Autometer Monster tach & oil & volt gauges. Check out the old school tilt-o-meter.
Strap in. This Jeep also has soft doors and a soft top assembly.
Custom Rock Crawler Bumpers are fitted front to back along with armor throughout. In the past our seller has used the Jeep for it's built purpose, rock climbing.
This is a WARN 12000 lb. winch.
This is a built 1970 AMX 390.

This Jeep was restored in factory Firecracker Red.
This is a custom 16-gallon fuel tank, very heavy duty.
The tires will need replacement as soon as possible to avoid any mishaps on the street or trail. They are about 20 years old and are bias ply. A new set of " Super Swamper" TSL radials 35X14.5 are about $1820.
Here are some pictures of Big Red in his past life.
Big Red has had a great 38 years with his current owner who bought him from the original owner in Texas in 1979. Now it's time for someone to give him a new home and enjoy rock crawling, swamping, or just driving.
