Ultra Motorsports is thrilled to offer this gorgeous 1979 Jeep CJ7. There is plenty of time left this summer to enjoy this beauty! Let's start off with the question that is on everyone's mind.......YES YES YES this beauty has an ALL STEEL BODY! The body is a replacement more than likely. It looks a little too good to be original. The floors are excellent. The rockers are perfect. There looks to be about a 3" suspension lift on this beast. The shocks are Rough Country and the underside looks immaculate. The frame is near perfect with only minor signs of pitting over the years. The frame has been coated with POR15 in our shop. We didn't want this well preserved classic to age one bit. The original 304 cubic inch V8 engine is running strong and detailed very nicely. The original 3 speed AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION and Borg Warner Quadra-Trac are working perfectly. The soft top is brand new. The seats are brand new. The carpet is brand new. All instruments and gauges are working well. This Jeep also sits atop brand new tires as well. There is also a custom stereo and custom speaker box in the rear. The paint is much better than driver quality and obviously not concourse quality at this price point. Overall this vehicle is very much above average bordering on too nice to drive.
