Description:

1985 Jeep CJ

Up for auctionare (2) usedJeep CJ 7's. The first Jeep is a 85 Laredo. The Jeep runs and drives good, but the body has a significant amount of rust. It has the 258 6 cylinder with manual 5 speed, power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, clock that works and tack. It has the factory gauges and of course like all old CJ's the gas gauge does not work. It comes with a soft top that hasn't been put on in years and I don't know the true condition because I always run it with the bikini top. It has a decent set of rims and tires. It comes with a quickcover that goes over the cab portion when not being driven. Frame looks good, but does have the rust hole next to the rear exhaust bracket. This Jeep comes with a clear title.Again, this Jeep can be driven.

The second Jeep is a 86 base model. It is not running, but I don't think it would take much to get it running. The body is decent, but has the typical rust areas-drivers side floor pan, under the doors on exterior, and a place on the back. It has the 258 6 cylinder with manual 4 speed and power steering. It comes with a hard doors and top from a new style Jeep. It has the tube type front and rear bumper. The original jack and jack handle are still mounted on the inner fender. Frame looks good with just typical surface rust. This Jeep comes with a salvage title. This jeep will have to be trailered.

I was going to take both Jeeps and make one but I don't have the time. These Jeep's would make a good project, rock crawlers, mud bogging, etc. The Jeep's are being sold as-is, no warranty, no refund and no return. The Jeep's are being advertised locally so I have the right to pull them from auction at any time.A$500 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 after auction ends. Please ask questions regarding the Jeep's prior to bidding. Local pickup only. All checks must clear bank before vehicles leave premises. I can be contacted at 843-488-6963.
