Upon winning the item, the Buyer is responsible for:

If the Buyer fails to contact TROSA Inc and submit payment, or if final payment is not made within the specified terms, Seller reserves the right to:

·Cancel the sale and/or contact the next highest bidder(s) to complete the sale, and/or

·Re-list the item without further recourse owed to the first bidder in default of these terms.

Transport:

Buyer is responsible for picking up item from TROSA Inc. buyer must pick item up from our main campus address within 14 days or be charged a storage fee of $15 per day starting on the 15th day after the sale.

Buyer must provide their own vehicle, hitch and any other items need to remove sold boats and/or trailers from property.

It is the buyer?s full responsibility to determine the safety and roadworthiness of the trailer if included in sale.
