1970 Jaguar E-Type

Original Survivor Jag Roadster: 47,709original miles, This is a very original car and is complete with tools, bag, jack, boot,and spare. As per Jaguar Heritage TrustCertificate, engine and trans are matching to the car, desirable dark blue w/dark blue interior. The car has its original data plate with original rivets.The car has a factory hardtop, complete with rare bright work.This is the Jag you have been waiting for! If you are either a Jaguar collector or just want one a very original example this is one to consider. My reserve is low so it will be sold.

Exterior:The car wasre-sprayed at some point years ago,without using a prime coat, so some of the re-spray has flaked off, showing the original paint below. The door jambs are original and nice, showing some service stickers, as is the inside of the bonnet. The underside is solid, with some very minor rust. These dayswith manyover restored cars, some collectors are finding great value in unrestored survivor type cars. The door gaps are great and bonnet fits very well. Has original soft top, which will need replacing. Many collectors will value the patina and enjoy "as is"

Interior: All original interior in good usable condition. The dash is great, carpets are almost all original. All gauges are in great shape. Headliner in hard top is in very good original condition.

Mechanicals/ Engine: This Jag starts right up and idles very well. The clutch grabs perfectly and shifts in all gears with ease. 150 psi average compression cold, new points, plugs, wires cap rotor, battery,air filter, professionally rebuilt carbs, new master cylinder, flex brake lines, slave cylinder, and clutch cylinder.

Misc. Tool kit and jack are original to this Jag and is complete with bag. Spare tire and wheel matches those period correct tires on the car.

Also included - rear boot, keys, car coverand receipts.

Very seldom does a Jaguar Roadster come up with this originality. Please read my feedback-I have sold other high-end collectibles and they have been very pleased!
