This 1963 Jaguar MK2 3.8 liter engine Sedan has 38,000 original miles. 8,000 miles since a ground up restoration and complete engine overhaul in 1998. I have every piece of paper matched with this car, including overhaul manual since it was purchased by a devoted lady who drove it from 1963 to 2,000 when she turned 100 years young. It was her baby and only had the restoration and engine overhaul done because she stated the car was now 35 years old in 1968 and it deserved having the work done!
Secound owner was a Boston doctor who put 7,000 miles on it. The car took Best of Class at a 2004 Mass. auto show. The last six months I put in a new battery and $2500 polished stainless exhaust system. The last few years I only put 1,000 miles on her. I have some extra minor parts that go with it. She needs minor cosmetic work. I don't drive her enough, she needs a good home, be brought back up to her class status and be driven.
