1963 International Harvester Scout

1963 International Scout 4x2 VIN: F018741A. This vehicle has been modified with a Crate LT1 350 CID, 00 Horsepower V* engine with a manual 6 speed transmission. Italso has a competition style aluminum radiator. This vehicle has also been upgraded withan air conditioning system.
The original front end has been replaced with a JaguarIndependent Suspension front end. This makes the ride of the vehicle decidedly better.
The rear end has been replaced with a 1969 International Scout 373 rear end making thevehicle more efficient.
It has an approximate 16 gallon fuel cell in the rear of the vehicle extending side to side.This vehicle has 4 nearly new Kumho tires.
Originally a pickup, t's been fitted with an original "Travel Top" enclosing thevehicle. This is considered an upgrade. It has been top powder coated in white. Itstill retains the original mounting areas for a roof rack should one be added later.
A check of the undercarriage of the vehicle showed a solid floor pan and the
undercarriage has been undercoated. Remarkable rust free underneath.
A check with a magnet in approximately 30 spots throughout the vehicle showed metal inall areas.
The paint on this vehicle is in very good to condition. It's been painted in Ford Yellow Chrome. The driver's door does show minor mis-alignment. But both doors close tight.
Upholstery is newer and in excellent condition. The interior overall is very good.
Other items include: New LED rear lights, ED lights under the hood for showingengine compartment at shows. It even has the original gun rack in rear. Back has been Dyna Matted to lower noise and wired for speakers. Just needs upholstery.
Overall this vehicle is in very good condition for an owner done restorationand customization. Although not a perfect show condition vehicle it is in very good to excellent condition as a daily driver vehicle.
