Description:

1975 International Harvester 200 King Ranch

1975 IH Model 200 Camper Special

This was the last year for IH pickups, after '75 they just built the Scouts.

This one here was the "King Ranch" edition of it's day with all the options -power steering, power brakes, AC, 4 Door, Bucket seats, carpet, dual gas tanks, sliding rear window, camper package, extra transmission cooler, wide wheels....

This one has an extra 3" longer wheel base for heavy loads,to do this IHbolted the rear axle back 3 more inches. If you look close the rear wheels are not centered in the wheel well - that's how it is suppose to be. And look at the extra heavy duty rear end.... same style that you see in a straight truck! IHbuilt them to last.

I bought this pickup froma Scout builderin Ames Iowa about 8 years ago.He bought it out of California and drove it back but not before the original 392 engine died on him. So he replaced it with a 345 out of a Scout. It runs like a sewing machine andstarts nice. The transmission shifts nice, sometimes when you put it in reverse for the first time it takes a few seconds to respond, after that it works like normal.

It has a little rust as you can see in the pics. Bed has some holes.....

I bought new carpet for the cab floor a couple years ago still in the box, will be included.

This is the nicest driving International I have, you can cruise at 60 mph and steer with your knee no problem! And since it's so long it rides pretty nice too!

All gauges work, including the gas gauge.Speedometer doesn't work.

I am selling most of my collection of IH pickups...click on "other items" to see the others.
