Not Registered. No title. BILL OF SALE. No DMV history. Can help with TITLE. To process Title Vehicle needs to have a Calif. Highway Patrol Vin verification done. Which we have an appointment for in mid February. Once one has the correct verification obtaining Tiltle is No problem.

New California DMV ruling: When titling or transferring a vehicles ownership when a VIN verification is required, the DMV will no longer accept VIN verification from any agency other than the California Highway Patrol on pre 1970's vehicles or if the vehicle has NO Federal emissions label.
