Presented in fully restored condition, his rarely seen early SUV was tastefully executed in every detail and has a host of upgrades aimed at creating a reliable and more modern driving vehicle. Finished in an elegant Tropical Blue metallic paint finish over an impeccable custom interior which is professionally upholstered in a tan and blue color scheme featuring bucket seats and center console, s well as a Pioneer stereo system with iPod hook up, speakers and a sub-woofer located under the passenger seat. Entire cab and underbody have been coated with color-matched tough spray liner that offers durability as well as sound deadening and insulation benefits.
Suspension has been custom constructed starting with 2″ leaf springs on each corner of the vehicle matched exactly to its weight in order to create a firm yet comfortable ride. Rancho shocks are adjustable from inside the cab and can give a very soft compliant ride or a firm one depending on driving demands and owner tastes. The powerful and dependable 345 cid V-8 has been recently rebuilt and includes a slight cam upgrade, 030 overbore, olished crankshaft, olley carburetor and a very cool Jacob’s electronic timing control system that allows timing adjustment from inside the cab. Truck also features 15″ Centerline alloy wheels with 33×12.5 tires, ARN locking hubs, ual exhaust and comes with a folder of receipts, hand notated list of parts and work performed over the years.
This fully functional classic truck is truly a rare find in this condition boasting a show quality paint finish over a very straight all metal body and a handsome interior that is pleasing to look at and comfortable.
