CONDITION/DESCRIPTION:
Up for sale we have a rare CVI Trailstar Scout II by International Harvester. Originally sold by Roedell Brothers in Kirkwood, MO. This was a special edition IH Scout that was made from 1979-1980 and is very hard to find. It has the door jamb certification from CVI, as well as the tag from IH. We are including a rare set of black plastic rear window louver shades which are cracked and in need of repair, but also very hard to find. The vehicle itself is heavily rusted and the previous owner said it "ran rough" but we have not tested it. Has original bumper, and the original square headlight bezel and front grill. The bumper that is on it in the pictures was attached for the purpose of pulling it. Original seats are in the back, and it has some sort of other seats installed currently. Does not have original CVI center console, but includes Scout II console. This is a restoration project. We do have the original line setting ticket. Vehicle was built on May 14, 1980. Has a clean title and will need to be transported via trailer to its new home.
Located near Elmira, NY for local pickup. Buyer is responsible for $200 deposit that must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Vehicle must be paid in full and picked up within 14 days of auction close.
