After a long conversation with the ND Title Bureau, I am going to tryagain to title thisvehicle. eBay will not allow me to end this auction style ad, so it will have to expire.I have just raised the price to reflect that.But I am still not 100% sure it can be done. ND state form Bill of Sale provided. I purchased this with the intention of getting a title.I have changed plans. Different states have different rules on retitling vehicles with missing titles. It is possible to do this legally in many states. This vehicle remains on the property of the individual I purchased it from near Cavalier, ND.
