For Sale 1948 International Truck. This truck was built in Wilmington, E. This truck saw service in Detroit, ichigan.This truck was a tanker fire truck. The tanker body was removed before I bought the truck. The truck is registered. If you intend to drive this truck on the highway forget it. The max speed on this truck is 55 MPH going downhill with a tailwind. This is a six cylinder truck with a 4 speed tranny. Truck has a 2 speed rear but it does not work. Good stuff: Motor has had oil and filter change, ew plug, ew cap, otor, ondenser, nd wires. Carburetor was rebuilt. Gas tank was cleaned and all fuel lines replaced. New battery. All wheel cylinders were either replaced or rebuilt. Both wiper motors were replaced. Tires are in good shape. AMP meter and oil pressure gage work. New fuel sending unit. All lights work. Horn works. All glass is in good shape. Bad stuff: Water temp gage inop. Speedometer inop.2 speed rear inop. Truck is for sale locally. I reserve the right to end the auction early.
