Original 1964 S600 Convertible

1964 Honda S600

I am listing this vehicle for a friend whose husband passed away. This is a rare opportunity to own an original unrestored Honda S600 convertible. This vehicle was brought over to the USA from Guam in 1970 or 1971 by the owner. He was on Yap Island in the South Pacific helping his father build a sailboat and found the vehicle in Guam. The vehicle was driven until about 1980 or so.

72,706 kilometers. Color is Royal Blue with red interior. Vehicle is solid as are the floors and trunk. Some minor dents appear on top of the right fender and driver's (right side) door. Convertible top needs to be replaced. A tonneau cover is included. The windshield is cracked. Bubble shields over headlamps are intact and good. The engine turns over and is not stuck. Spare parts include extra finned brake hubs, distributor, exhaust, etc. The spare parts will not be separated and are included in the sale. Included is the original owner's manual, dimensional data sheet, wiring diagram and parts list catalog. Also included is an S800 Service Manual, as the owner also had an S800 at one time. Those of you who know the value of the sum of the parts will realize the importance of this vehicle as original parts and vehicles are scarce. I will not answer any emails or phone calls in regards to the reserve price. This is an auction and it will run its course.

The owner was a member of the Honda Sports Registry and the Honda Twin Cam Register. Several Honda Sports Registry newsletters and 11 issues of the Honda Twin Cam Review are included with the sale.

I am not an expert on these cars nor do I know a whole lot about them. I have represented the vehicle to the best of my ability based on visual inspection and owner kept records. PayPal will not be accepted as a form of payment for either the deposit or the final payment.
