1989 Honda Accord, engine has ~173021 miles, DOES NOT RUN, many parts replaced

I have owned this car since 2000. I have had it constantly repaired. It does NOT currently run. The local Honda dealership said that it may need an ignition coil. I'm tired of messing with it. The fuel filter and carburetor were twice replaced recently. I constantly had to start the car about every 48 hours to keep it going the last year or so.
The engine has about ~173,021 miles.
The car has about 420,041 miles.
However, the replaced odometer/gauge cluster reads 272,787 miles.
