1990 Honda Acty Van - JDM Kei-Van - Free Ro-Ro Shipping To Your Local Port!
This auction is for a 1990 Honda Acty Van "Street G". The car is currently in Japan and is 100% legally importable in the US and Canada.
The final price of the auction will include FREE Ro-Ro shipping to any Ro-Ro capable port in North America or Europe! Everything is explained in detail in the "Shipping" section of the description. Other destinations than North America and Europe are possible but please contact us before to make sure it applies for the free shipping.
A reserve price is set for this auction, but it is very low.
Due to eBay restriction and Japanese VIN number that do not fit eBay standards (17-digits VIN), it is listed as "11111111111111". The actual VIN of the car is HH3-1006821.
DESCRIPTION:
90250km on the clock (a bit less actually - 90230km - but it might get driven up to this over the next 2 weeks), this is a fine example of a daily driven yet well maintained Acty Van. It comes with the larger 660cc engine (previous year still had the 550cc engine) thanks to the change in "Keijidosha" regulation that occured in March 1990. Minor scratches here and there on the body but nothing special. The car starts right away, every time at a simple turn of the key. Interior is exceptionally clean with seats and "furry cover" in near perfect condition! Concerning the driving experience, don't expect anything fast obviously but it's still very agile nonetheless. This is the RWD version of the vehicle, a 4WD version also exist. Shifting is smooth and easy, synchros being in good condition. Timing belt was checked and replacement was not needed. Basic maintenance like an oil change and liquids' levels check was done. It can be revved high constantly without any problem.
Rust wise, the body has none. Wipers could use a little brush and repaint though. Chassis is also rust free.
Overally the car is in genuine great condition and I invite you to take a look at the walk around and test drive video below (in which I apparently love repeating that there is "No problem at all!"...). If you wonder about the accent... I'm french! I also join 120+ pictures for you to look at everything in detail.
SHIPPING:
As mentioned in the title, the final auction price will include FREE Ro-Ro shipping to any Ro-Ro capable port in the US, Canada or Europe. Other destinations are also available, but please contact me beforehand to make sure it applies to the free shipping.
The car is currently in Japan and will ship from the port of Kobe.
If you don't know Ro-Ro shipping, it's simply the most common way to ship cars around the world. Special ships are used for this, converted into gigantic floating parking lots filled with cars. Not all ports can receive and accept Ro-Ro, but most do. If you are not sure if your local port accepts it, just contact me and I will look into it for you.
You will have to import the car yourself in your country. It is easily importable in the US and Canada, though people living in California might have problems registering it due to state laws being a lot more strigent than elsewhere in the country. No problem for any other state. If you live in Europe or anywhere else, please check before bidding that the car is fully importable, as your country might have different restrictions for imports based on how old the car is. I know it is no problem in countries like Holland, Germany, France or the UK, but it's still better to check before doing anything as I don't know all the import regulations of all the countries.
Overall, we are not responsible for the importation in your country, but we'll be happy to help if needed.
Paperwork of the car (original title, bill of sale, certificate of exportation...etc) along with the Bill of Lading (paper needed to take delivery of the car at your local port) will be shipped to you via FedEx express mail, 1 week to 10 days after the ship leaves Japan. This is standard procedure, the Bill of Lading is only created by the shipping company around this time.
Obviously your port may charge you extra fees for unloading the vehicle and you will have to pay import taxes. On the other hand, all the costs associated with the car leaving Japan are included in the final auction price.
PAYMENT:
A $500 paypal deposit is required within 48-hours of the end of the auction. The rest of the payment will be made via bank transfert to Amagasaki Motor.

ABOUT US:
We've been in the automotive industry for over 85 years and a few generations in Kobe's area in Japan (Amagasaki to be precise). For about a year we started branching out from our "Skaken" (Japanese car inspection) and regular car repair business and started working as a dealership. A few months ago, we decided to start exporting cars outside of the country, working either with importers or private party.
