1 I have decided to sell my 1988 GMC Jimmy K5 4x4. The original Speedo that I took out Only had 24,744 miles on it.This would make it have 29,900 now. Ibelieve it to be trueOriginal miles by looking at the car. I included the photos of the speedo and it will gowith he car. Idon't know if it was working properly or not. Ican'tremember what was wrong with it.It would be really difficult to find a nicer K5 then this one. The Car was bought her in the NW in Oregon and has lived in Oregon ever since. This GMC still has the original Window Sticker from the Dealers, along with the original dealers sales slip,Original Warranty and original owners manual with cover book. The warranty book also has these little metal tabs tapped inside.Still looks like it has the original floor mats from when it was new. Im telling you I buy a lot of collectiblechevy's and I find one like this maybe once every 5 years if Imlucky. Thats from a guy who buys 5-10 older GM cars per year. There isalso awarrantyreceiptfrom from dealer in 1989. Looks like the dealership had to paint the topgraybecause it was peeling when the it was only a year old. Looks great now though. I will tell you that a car like this with all the paper work will only go up invalue. These are very rare to come by with allthe original paper work and inthe condition. The paint is perfect condition,Interior is in Perfect condition, the floor board are solid, truck is solid, starts up ever time,Power Locks,Power Windows,A/C but have not tried to charge it. Has a viper alarm but its not hooked up anymore(comes with viper key chain). Also has winch that is not hooked up.The Jimmy has Halo headlights that work great. Tow package,Second Battery hook up,CD with bluetooth, K&N cold air intake,MSD spark plug wires, dualexhaus, 5.7 V8 with headers. The truck for sure has power. All the rubber looks great including the tops gaskets.I have never taken the top off and by the looks of it Idon't think its ever been off. Who ever wins this Jimmy is not going to be disappointed. This is a special one. The motor is the 5.7 V8 and it has plenty of power. I was told that it has aftermarket header. Just put in New ball joints. The car is in almost showroom condition. Just look at all the photos and the Video I added. If you can't view the video just go youtube and type in "1988 jimmy k5 for sale mr.espressoman" . 1

On Sep-25-18 at 18:41:01 PDT, seller added the following information:

PLEASE READ:I spent a couple hours today researching the millage history on this GMC. I went to the sister dealership of where the car was originally bought. They could not pull up any info on the truck, but they found it all to be very interesting and loved the truck and the paper work.Next I went to the DMV. After waiting for my number to be called they could not tell me anything at all. They said I could pay for a history report but that will not show any info on the odometer. With the information I have I can not say for sure that the miles on this Jimmy are correct. I have owned many cars and trucks some very old with low miles, she old with lots of miles, and by my educated guess I would say no more then 75k miles on it. This is not a fact just a guess. The reason I say this is by comparing the frame and undercarriage to another truck that I own near the same age but has 200k on it. They both spent there entire life in the same part of Oregon. Also by looking at the floors, seats and so on. The last low millage car I owned was a 1972 with 74k and it was not this clean. I will continue to dig and do research.Another thing that I want to bring up is the suspension. I mentioned it had some sort of lift in the back and that I was suppose to take it back to be aligned again this week. Will I spoke to a ebay member today that called asking questions about the truck and he pointed out some stuff I didn't know. First the front and back as been lifted 2.5"-3"(his guess). In his opinion (which he sounds knowledgeable and honest onthe subject) it needs some things added in order for the lift to be done correctly. His suggestionswere extended stainless steel brake lines, drop pitman arm and possible a new steering box. I wanted to point this out. I know little to nothing about lift kits. I know the blazer does drift when driving but Ithought it was the steering wheel and the alignment. I need to be very clear on this to all bidders. With that said also realize this is a 1988 Not a 2018 so it will most likely not be long until you startneeding littlerepairs there and here. I have owned them all from high mile old cars to low mile owned cars to restored old cars one thing they allshare andthat is they are old. They all will needmaintenance. I will replace and go through it all once more prior to shipping. I will fix and repair it all until the day it leaves. But if in 30 days the starter goes outdon't get mad at me please. Thanks
