1984 GMC Sierra 1500

1984 GMC C1500 (C-10) Shortbed, 5.7 TBI Swap, Bagged F/B, Shaved Doors (with poppers) Shaved Tailgate, Disc Brakes Front and Back, AC Truck with Power Windows. I bought the truck around 7 months ago and when I received it the motor was no good. We had the motor replaced with a good running used TBI 5.7 (350) with just about 65K on it. We had a professional shop do the motor swap and check the engine to be safe. I have the receipts from the shop. They replaced all the gaskets including the head gaskets, manifold and rear main seal... even the collector gaskets were changed. While doing so they replaced the cam, lifters, pushrods, and added a double roller timing chain. New battery, starter, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires... Basically everything needed to get her back on the street and running good. Picked it up from the shop and drove it home. Also 2 brand new tires on the rear, front has more then 80% tread. So the truck runs and drives fine and goes down the road straight. The transmission is a 700R and a 10 bolt rearend, 373 posi. Wiring from doors to front are from a 91 Suburban, so is the front radiator support and grill. It could still use some tinkering, but it's a pretty cool truck to start with... Needs a few cosmetic fixes cause there are some dents and dings here and there. Air ride setup was done professionally also by Ekstensive in Houston Texas. Dual Compressors all under the rear of the bed... Truck still has inner front fenders (if removed it would go lower) and the bed is uncut and fully functional. Wheels are chrome 22's... Tire size is 265/35R22 . Buy with confidence because I bought the truck from a dishonest person that lied about the motor condition... And I promise I wouldn't do that to someone cause I know the feeling. Running and Driving Condition!!!!! Truck is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
There are a few picture showing when the truck was rebuilt in 2007 and had all new frontend parts and bushings, including the disc brake setup on all four wheels...This was all done before the air ride was installed 2008. So it really drives much better then a average '84 pick up.
