Description:

1966 GMC Other

This is the one you've been waiting for...and it's a Dandy!
1 family owned prior to me. Rust Free. 67,086 original miles. Very Dependable. Completely Original. Clean Missouri title in my name.
I love this truck because the it's been left original, and has been well maintained. Like they say, 'They're only original once!'
Specifications:
Original 230 6cylinder engine. Runs strong. The engine was pulled over the winter just to make sure there were no issues. Everything checked out great. Good compression, no smoke.Original 3-speed (on the column) manual transmission. No issues. Shifts very smooth.Factory equipped power brakes. Work as they should.
Other items of importance: Paint has the original 'Patina' that simply shows it's a completely original truck. Very minor bump on the drivers side front of the hood.Sheet metal is rust free and in unbelievably good condition which frankly reflects the 67,086 miles. Doors and hood open easily and shut soundly as they should. ALL electrical including the gauges, horn, wipers, lights etc. work as they should. The original seat does need re-upholstering under the current Indian Blanket style seat cover.
This truck has had the following NEW items installed in the last 6 months to make it a dependable daily driver.
NEW- Windshield and windshield gasket, Exhaust, Gas Tank, Fuel Pump, Carburator, Tune-up including distributor, coil, condensor, and wires and plugs, NEW tires, and trim rings, NEW Bed Wood, bed strips and bed bolts. Rebuilt Master Cylinder. It was driven 20 miles round-trip 5 days this spring, just to make sure everything was working well.
