S154, W1 production. Complete, ll running and ready to go now. A museum quality specimen. Only the canvas top, pholstery covers, ires and a couple of interior soft panels and some wiring have been replaced (whatever the bugs had chewed on.) This car was found intact in a local Clearfield County Pennsylvania barn, y auto collector and restorer, on Harter, ell known in these parts. He says he knew the family who farmed that property and remembered the story thus; "The old man bought the car used and drove it into the barn, hen went in his house and fell over dead, f a heart attack. His wife just pulled a tarp over the car and left it right there. When she became disabled, he sold the car to me years later and I went to work on it and had it running in no time." Harter says that he did not tamper with the original factory hand painted body finish and he only replaced what the vermin and dry rot had destroyed, hich wasn't anything not available. Retains original manual windshield wiper, ooden spooked wheels, rass hubs, ide headlights, ims, ide and rear oil lamps, indshields, tc. Even has the original Clackson horn (as-OOO-gah) and brass bulb operated air horn. This car has been his winner of many blue ribbons, t car shows hereabouts. It looks like the same model driven by Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy, n their great, lassic comedy movies. Even retains the original license plates, ated 1917. Well, ld Don is getting on in years, o I decided to help him sell some of his cars and I got this one to start. Now, don't know how to drive, r start one of these front crankers, o if you do, his is the antique car of your dreams. Don says; "Just use regular leaded gas and standard oil and grease and set your carb and throttle levers and you are ready to go." Always garage kept and driven in many parades and local events.
