1968 Ford Mustang GT

This is a very recently finished complete ground up restoration from Mile High Classics, TD in Denver, O. Car has been completely media blasted, ad partial frame rails, /4 panels, orque boxes and floor pans all brand new professionally installed. This car has rare options with a black out hood, V 302 engine, enter console, achometer, lock (upgraded quartz movement), og lights, ower steering, nd power disc brakes and Pertronix electronic ignition. The dash panel is originally from this car. The rims are Scott Drake aftermarket GT wheels that are 1" taller than stock; they have a nicer appearance and don't require the "beauty rings." The engine was rebuilt by Jasper's concours engine department and has the 3 year/100,000 mile warranty on it, lthough the engine was completed about a year ago. All parts on drive-train are numbers and date code matching. Original C-4 Transmission and original 9 inch rearend are rebuilt as well. The tachometer was checked out and calibrated recently by the Tachman, orks perfectly and has a warranty. Car also has an aftermarket radio from Retrosound and can play any type of input, ncluding Bluetooth; we also still have the original radio. Covers for the faceplate of the radio can be purchased to give it an original appearance as well. The black out hood on this car was very rare and had to be requested from the factory, have only seen a picture of one other car with the same hood paint scheme as this car. The car was painted with the highest quality products available, PG Deltron Base Coat and 5 coats of PPG Concept Clear, et sanded & polished to a perfect shine all around.
I wanted to put a vintage style Paxton Supercharger (search EBay for this) on the car and eventually stroke the bottom end of the engine out to 347, ut would rather use it to pay off some loans right now. The transmission was built to handle extra power just for this, nd the nine inch in the rear can handle just about anything.
The only catch with this car is that the the colorado state patrol forced us too change the VIN and put a colorado ID tag in the door jamb of the car because the VIN in the engine compartment was damaged, ven though it still has the VIN in the dash. I have been restoring these car for more than 15 years, nd from everything I can tell, his is a true GT. All of the GT accessories and parts that are on the car, re the parts that came with it, ncluding the dash and door VIN tags. The title is clear, ut states and different ID number than the cars original J code VIN.
