Description:

1986 Ford Bronco XLT

This auction is for my 1986 full-size Bronco. It is powered by the toughest and most reliable engine/transmission Ford ever built: the 300 cubic inch inline 6 and four speed manual. Presently there are 124,615 miles on this Bronco, verifiable through the extensive maintenance documentation included. This vehicle is original and unmodified with the exception of a very nice Kenwood stereo and Sony 10-disc CD changer installed by the original owner. It has the XLT trim package, with captains chairs and faux wood trim. This Bronco was repainted approximately 20 years ago, and with the following exceptions the body is in very good condition. The negatives are a dent on the hood and over the passenger door. Above both doors are areas where the seam sealer has loosened, and surface rust has set in. Please see the photos. The air-conditioning is inoperative, as is the passenger side window. There are no other mechanical problems of which I am aware. I recently completed a 1600-mile round trip, Georgia to Missouri and back, and would not hesitate to drive this Bronco anywhere. It is a pleasure to drive, but I don't use it enough to justify keeping it, and would like to pass it along to someone who appreciates a survivor.
