1963 Ford Falcon

1963 1/2 Ford Falcon Sprint in original color from factory. Previous owner had over $60,000 invested into this Sprint to make into a fast, reliable and fun daily driver. Newly built 302 Engine, computerized 5 speed automatic floor shift transmission, disc brakes, Mustang II front end with rack and pinion steering, Chip Foose wheels with high performance tires, Vintage Air Conditioning, and Retrosound stereo make this a one of a kind Sprint. Super fun to drive. Paint is the original color of Ming Green which is a turquoise color is in daily driver condition and not showcar paint but looks great and does have flaws and chips. The interior has matching color bucket seats with original center console. Itis in excellent shape all around but there is a rip in the seats from where the seatbelt rubbed shown in the pictures. All gauges work including the dash mounted factory tach. This Sprint was always a California car but went to Tennessee for 2 years where all the engine and transmission work was done. We have all the receipts from the work done at a top level professional shop, many many pages of reciepts!Clear California title and registration.

Here is the listing description from when we bought it:

You're looking at a 1963.5 Ford Falcon Sprint in its original color of Ming Green. Yes, I would call it more of a blue, but the factory color code is Ming Green. This was a California black plate car (spent its whole life in sunny SoCal - Built in San Jose) until 2016, when it was shipped to Nashville, Tennessee, where it has been garaged unless the sun was shining! The current owner has more than $60k invested in this car, but has decided to make room for something new. Paperwork detailing the work completed is included with this sale.


This is not a perfect show car, but it's perfect from ten feet away. Closer inspection will reveal some cracks, paint chips, and bubbling over factory lead joint body seams (see photos), a driver's seat upholstery tear, etc. Form follows function, and the money went into the engine, suspension, transmission, wheels/tires, etc.You will be amazed by the number of honking horns, thumbs up, etc. as you cruise around town, or as you blow past at a comfortable 75 mph on the highway. The power-to-weight ratio is outstanding.

Also included are the four "half moon" wheels (with custom painted rims) and tires that came on the vehicle. The radio is inoperable (now replaced and works) but you won't mind with the windows down and the engine roaring. Total mileage is unknown, due to the upgraded engine and transmission.
