1968 Ford F250 Custom Cab Trailer Special
This truck belonged to a good friend that passed away last year and his family has asked me to help them sell off all of his vehicles.
This was his favoriteevery day truck, he drove it every day to town for coffee.
This truck runs and drives with no known mechanicalissues. The neutral safety switch needs adjustment or replacement, you have to move the shifter for the starter to engage.
390 V8 with automatic transmission. 3.73 ratio Dana 60 rear axle.
Mileage is unknown, I put 99999 as ebay required a value to be entered
Truck is equipped with Power steering, Power brakes, and Air Conditioning, A/C is inop but it is all there. Brake booster and starter are new. There is no radio or radio bezel.
Factory Dual Fuel tanks.
Installed in the bed is an old school 5th wheel mount, no hitch, it also has a tool box.
Body is in very good condition, no rust, very few dents. Right fender has 390 and Trailer Special badging on it, the left fender does not, I do not know why they are not there, truck appears to have been painted tan, original color was WimbledonWhite.
Interior in very good condition, seat has a cover on it, I pulled it back and the seat appears to have been recovered and is in great condition.
This truck has been parked for about a year but I do not see or know of any reason it could not just be driven, that said, I do recommend a complete inspection of the truck before it is driven just to be sure.
