Selling my dad's original 1983 Ford Thunderbird. This car is in good condition and runs well.Garaged most of the time. My dad used this car as a short distance daily driver for years.
Original condition115K original milesMidnight Academy Blue, light blue interiorOne owner
The Good:- Good, clean condition- Well maintained- New A/C Compressor, air is cold- Tires good- Brakes < 10K- Battery ~ 1yr old- New front stabilizer bars- Burns no oil, has no leaks- Passed NC inspection
The not-so-good- Cruise Control needs new throttle spring piece to work- Needs a new windshield washer pump- May need new serp belt, intermittent chirp (pulleysare all true).- Some fading on the black bumpers and a couple other spots
This Thunderbird is NOT by any means a Mecum show car (hence the price), but is in pretty darn good condition for a 1983.However, I am not trying to 'over-sell' nor 'over-represent' this car to anyone.There are a few small chips here and there, and a couple of small dings.BUT NO MAJOR dents or body flaws and NEVER in an accident.
Currently it has a newer Pioneer stereo in it, with Bluetooth. etc. My son was using the carto drive back and forth to college. I do have and will include the original functioningFORD OEM radio and a Haynes maintenancemanual.
